And weirdly enough even though it's a literal mirror of my Plex server it only uses around 75gb worth of metadata. And then because I'm a mad lad I also have a jellyfin server just in case which has legitimately come in handy on more than a few occasions. And then metadata for Plex uses about 110 gb so 320gb. And after os and all the apps it's closer to 430. And part of that is because my 500gb SSD is actually closer to 450 after partitioning. Normally I can leave it unattended, but lately I feel like I'm pruning it daily. Its literally the only thing in my automation setup that isn't automated. Problem is currently moving from the SSD to spinning rust is all manual. My home server has 60tb of space for seeding torrents. If I get a lot of torrents all at once it can get clogged up. Sometimes some extra stuff sticks around and I have to clear it out. Nbd for Usenet because everything gets downloaded and then uploaded to the cloud and deleted. The problem is my SSD is also my processing disk. I used to have a seedbox and it had 1tb of space and never had issues. Most recent tv issue I saw was with Dexter: New blood.Īt first New blood was season 9 of the original show then by next week it was its own show. And if it's a big enough deal usually gets resolved. But it would be cool if they could adapt some way. I know this is less Plex/sonarr fault and more the tvdbs fault. But then personally my OCD kicks in and I literally can't win. Ideally you just unmonitor it in sonarr and ignore it. And then season 2 has the wrong titles plus a bunch of extra episodes with no title.īut if I organize the Plex way then sonarr freaks out and says it's missing episodes. Nbd except if you organize by sonarr standard then season one has like 75 extra episodes and no titles. Well sonarr organizes by air date order, so 2 massive seasons, and Plex sees it by DVD order, 7 small seasons. But the DVD order is like 6 or 7 seasons with each season having 26 (+/- 1 or 2) episodes. Could be solved if you could get Plex OR sonarr to change it but if sonarr and Plex don't line up someone is making a compromise.Ī good example is Dragonball z Kai. The one thing filebot has over sonarr for renaming is shows that have different orders.
